Wishing all our amazing staff and children a happy and safe summer holiday. ☀️

We had lots of fun in our end of year class parties this afternoon including pass the parcel, musical statues, singing, dancing, playing cricket in the sunshine and blowing bubbles.

Y4 children were able to show off their culinary skills this morning! They used a bridge technique to cut their vegetables before putting all the ingredients together to create a salsa and vegetable wrap! They smelt delicious! Well done year 4!

Our Y4 classrooms are set up for food technology this morning! We cannot wait to see the children cook up a storm! On the Menu: Salsa accompaniment and vegetable wraps!

The final masterpieces! Check out year 2’s swings!

Lots of DT going on in the school this week. Year 3 have been making puppets!

Year 2 are continuing their DT projects today. They are designing and making swings for a local playground using triangulation for a sturdy piece of equipment. Finished photos to follow..

Congratulations Year Six! Our wonderful year six pupils shared memories, played music, read poems and sang their way through a brilliant Leavers' Assembly in the sunshine! We even had a special video message from author Patrice Lawrence wishing our pupils good luck!

What a joy to be able to safely accommodate parents to share our Reception Graduation performance this afternoon. All of our pupils shone brightly (just like the sun!).

Year 2 have been looking at bases and triangulations and used this knowledge to make slides in DT. Tomorrow we will make swings!
