Thank you Fairfield Halls for a fantastic pantomime. Years 4, 5 and 6 had a great time, 3 students even were selected to go up on stage.

Year 3 had an excellent time at Dulwich picture gallery and got to enjoy creating their own artwork as well.

This week, Year 3 enjoyed their trip to the National Portrait Gallery. They critiqued pieces of art and spent time creating their own artwork.

This week, Year 5 went on a school trip to the Tate Modern to build on their learning in Art this term. The children had the opportunity to walk about and view different styles of art. They even had a go at being artists.

Some of our KS2 classes are very excited to meet Jacqueline Wilson in her live virtual visit this morning, thanks to  📚 Y6 are dressed for their Victorian day too, which fits the publishing of her new book ‘Star of the Show’

Y6 have come in as Victorian children today, and will take part in a workshop, with a visit from a Victorian day teacher!

School Travel Champions

We’re proud to announce that our school has achieved the Gold Award for TfL’s Travel for Life accreditation for 2024/25!

This recognition celebrates our ongoing commitment to making travel safer, greener, and healthier for our pupils, staff, and the wider Bromley community. Through initiatives that reduce car use, promote walking and cycling, and champion road safety, we’ve worked hard to create cleaner air and safer streets for everyone.

We’re especially proud to be part of a major milestone: over 1,000 schools across London have now achieved Gold accreditation. That’s one-third of all schools in the city!

As we begin the new academic year, we’re excited to build on this success. We’ll continue to take part in TfL’s projects and campaigns, and we encourage families to explore the free resources and events available here.

We’ve received our Gold Kitemark, which you’ll soon see displayed around the school and on our website. A certificate and celebratory banner will also be arriving shortly.
