As part of the Well-being Wednesday campaign, TeachersPet launched a BRAND NEW set of resources, designed to give you everything you need to focus on health and well-being.
Spring term went down an absolute storm and now Wellbeing Wednesday is back! With a brand new set of characters:
the Mental Health Heroes. Having an object to focus on is a great way to help improve concentration during mindfulness activities.

The Mental Health Heroes
The Mental Health Heroes are getting children to think about their thoughts, emotions and how they can approach situations with a different mindset using the journal pages. Each week you can download a new Superhero journal sheet. Click on the image below to see the Heroes we've met so far.
Sports and active hobbies are a great way to get moving, which is really important for everyone's physical health, and can help improve confidence and self-esteem.
Children should aim for a minimum of 60 minutes' activity every day. We know that might be hard to do right now, but we've got lots of great ideas to get you started.
