Broccoli Brains came to visit our new dining experience and promote the power of vegetables! He loved our new look dinner hall, the herbs on the tables, the calm music and thought that the Dining Champions were spectacular! Nursery took part in an African drumming workshop today. They really enjoyed learning how to bang the drum in different ways and about the sounds it produced. They all had a go at making rhythms together in unison. There were lots of smiles and happy cheers. https://t.co/YiuhMgfsis

Year 2 have been enjoying Adventure Learning this half term. Today they built a nest for a mouse, but were challenged to make it as well insulated as possible. Each nest was tested by measuring the temperature of a cup of hot water after 2 minutes in each nest. https://t.co/BMxPhMwBeh

The School Day

 

 

Breakfast club opens at 7:40am
(at a charge of £2 per child, payment is required for child care and not food, which is donated, in part, by Magic Breakfast)

Sports club starts at 8:30am
(Free of charge)

 

The school gates open at 8:40am and children are able to go straight to their classroom.

Children who arrive to school after 8:55am will be marked as late as this is when the first lesson will begin.

 

Break Time

Key Stage 1 break is at 10:00am

Key Stage 2 break is at 10:20am

 

Lunch

Early Years: 11:45am

Key Stage 1: 12:00pm

Key Stage 2: 12:15pm

 

School finishes at 3:15pm every day
(unless it's the last day of term when we finish at 1:30pm)

Clubs run from 3:15pm until 4:15pm

The After School club runs from 3:15pm to 6:00pm

 

Children should be collected promptly at the end of the school day or club to avoid parents / carers being fined.
