Spring term went down an absolute storm and now Wellbeing Wednesday is back! With a brand new set of characters:
the Well-being Flock. Having an object to focus on is a great way to help improve concentration during mindfulness activities.
Spread Your Wings with the Well-being Flock
Join in this Autumn and "Spread Your Wellbeing Wings" as you are introduced to the 12 birds that make up the "Well-being Flock". Each week download a huge range of resources including differentiated activities, task cards, a weekly book chapter, follow up activities, mindful colouring as so much more! #SPREADYOURWELLBEINGWINGS
